【摘要】 静脉输液是我国目前临床治疗中最主要的一种输液方式,在实践工作中,医护人员一般是靠经验和观察通过转动输液器上的滑轮对滴速进行手动调节的,这种方法经常会出现一些异常情况:一、临床经验不是很丰富的医护人员对滴速的把握就不会很准确,容易造成输液速度过快导致患者出现不适或速度过慢而影响治疗效果;二、若输液时间较长,容易导致医护人员和患者的疏忽,增加医疗事故隐患。三、需要随时监控输液情况,加大了医护人员的工作任务。因此提高输液系统的智能化和自动化以及降低输液过程中的隐患势在必行。本文设计了一种以PC机为上位机,以MSP430F149单片机为众下位机的RS485总线智能输液监控系统。上位机采用Visual C++编程语言,创建了一个可视化的人机界面,通过该界面可以监视剩余液量、目标滴速、实际滴速、报警等信息。下位机设计了具有RS485总线转换接口、滴速设置键盘、LCD数据显示、液滴红外检测、步进电机控制、报警等功能的输液终端监控系统。该智能医疗输液系统可以对多床位的输液情况进行远程监控,能针对不同的病人设定不同的滴速,输液出现异常情况时会产生报警,液体输完时可自动切换至另一瓶。本智能医疗输液系统可以提高医院的服务水平和服务质量,减少输液过程中出现的医疗事故,增强医院市场竞争力。
【Abstract】 Vein infusion is the most significant way of clinical treatments in China. Through observation and experience, nurses usually turn the pulley by hand to adjust the speed of infusion in practice. But this method often leads to a variety of abnormal situations:Firstly, for some nurses of poor clinical experience they could not control the drip rate very accurately, that is to say, infusion speed is either too fast to make patients discomfort or too slow to influence the treatment effects; Secondly, the longer infusion time could easily result in the negligence of patients and increase medical risks; Thirdly, the need to keep monitoring the situation of infusion adds the workloads of medical staff. Thereby, it is imperative to enhance the intelligence and automation of infusion system and decrease the risks in the transfusion process.This paper designed an intelligent infusion monitoring system which takes advantage of RS485 bus network and personal computer as the upper computer and MSP430F149 microcontroller as the terminal. In the upper computer, it utilized VC++ programming language to devise a visual user interface through which the nurse could monitor the information of remaining liquid volume, target speed, transfusion speed, alarm and so on. In the terminal, this thesis designed the transfusion-surveillance-control system, which includes RS485 bus transfer interface, dip rate setting keyboard, LCD data display, infrared test of liquid drop, stepper motor control alarm and so on.This intelligent medical infusion system can remote monitor the situations of multi-bed infusion, set different drip rates for various patients, produce an alarm when the unusual infusion circumstance happens, and automatically switch to another bottle when the liquid uses up. This proposed intelligent medical infusion system can elevate the hospital’s service level and quality of service, cut down on occurrences of medical malpractice during infusion, and enhance the market competitiveness of the hospital.
