摘要
根据加工的需要,本课题设计了一种出料粒度为15~20mm的立轴式破碎机的工艺规程,根据要求设计了主轴、小带轮及其夹具和破碎机的装陪工艺. 物料由进料口进入破碎腔,经过锤头的冲击、剪切、劈碎、折断,实现物料的中碎;锤击的物料冲击到安装在破碎腔内的反击板上,又经过物料与反击板、物料与物料的互相冲击,从而实现了物料的细碎.本机融合了锤式破碎机、反击式破碎机与立轴式破碎机的优点,降低了生料和熟料的入磨粒度,较好地达到了设计要求. 
本产品广泛应用于各种矿石、水泥、耐火材料、铝矾土熟料、金刚砂、玻璃原料等高硬、特硬物料的中、细碎领域.在机制建筑砂、石料以及各种冶金矿渣的破碎中更是得到普遍使用,与其它类型的破碎机相比产量功效高. 工作原理:物料由机器上部垂直落入高速旋转的叶轮内,在高速离心力的作用下,与另一部分以伞状形式分流在叶轮四周的物料产生高速撞击与粉碎,物料在互相撞击后,又会在叶轮和机壳之间以物料形成涡流多次的互相撞击、摩擦而粉碎,从下部直通排出,形成闭路多次循环,由筛分设备控制达到所要求的成品粒度

Abstract
According to the processing need, this topic has designed one kind of material granularity is the 15~20mm vertical spindle type breaker's technological process, has designed the main axle, the small band pulley and the jig and breaker's attire according to the request accompanies the craft. The material enters the stave cavity by the feed head, after hammer head's impact, cutting, chops into pieces, breaks off, realizes material broken; The hammer material attacks installs in the stave cavity on the counter-attack board, also after material and counter-attack board, material and material mutual impact, thus has realized the material fragmentation. This aircraft fused the hammer type breaker, the counter-attack type breaker and the vertical spindle type breaker's merit, reduced the crude material and the chamotte enters rubs the granularity, has achieved the design requirements well.
This product widely applies in each kind of ore, the cement, the fire-proof material, the bauxite chamotte, the emery, glass raw material contour hard, especially hard material, the domain in broken bits. In the mechanism construction granulated substance, the stone material as well as each metallurgy gangue stave obtain the universal use, compares the output effect with other type's breaker to be high. Principle of work: The material vertical falls into high speed revolving by the machine on the impeller, under the high speed centrifugal force's function, diverges with another part by the umbrella shape form in impeller material all around has the high speed hit and the smashing, the material after hits mutually, also forms the turbulent flow multiple mutual hit, the friction between the impeller and the cabinet by the material to crush, will go nonstop to from the lower part discharges, forms the close up to circulate many times, will achieve the end product granularity which by the sizing device control will request
