轴管类零件超声探伤装置是专门用于轴管类零件的无损探伤设备，主要功能是完成自动上料、探伤、烘干和卸料等多道工序，可以实现对军工、航空、高压容器、大型桥梁等关键领域的轴管类零件在装配之前进行无损探伤。文章从实际和理论方面入手，对轴管类零件超声探伤装置的总体结构、上料系统和烘干系统进行方案认证及工作原理介绍；并对上料系统和烘干系统进行了详细的计算说明和主要设备的选型以确定该超声探伤装置的可靠性，并对关键零件进行强度计算和典型零件进行加工工艺分析，完成一个完整的轴管类零件的超声探伤装备。

Abstract
Shaft tube parts for ultrasonic testing device is designed shaft tube parts NDT equipment,whose main function is to complete the automatic feeding、testing、drying and unloading and so on,which also enables military,aerospace,high-pressure containers，key areas such as large bridges shaft tube parts before the assembly of non-destructive testing,articles from the practical and theoretical aspects,of the shaft tube parts the overall structure of ultrasonic testing equipment,feeding system and drying system,detailed description and working principle of the program certification,and the feeding system and drying system in detail calculation notes and the selection of major equipment to determine the reliability of the ultrasonic flaw detection equipment,and key components for strength calculation and analysis of typical components for processing,completion of a full-axis control parts of the ultrasonic testing equipment.
