南京市城市生活垃圾管理现状与对策的研究，共11页，9701字
摘要：随着经济的发展、城市化进程的加快和人民生活水平的提高，南京生活垃圾的排放量迅速增加。面对垃圾泛滥成灾的现实，对于其处理，已不仅仅停留在如何控制和销毁这一老问题上，而是采取积极的态度和有力的措施，着手科学地处理、利用垃圾。 将垃圾列为维持经济持续发展的“第二资源”，开始向垃圾要资源、要能源、要效益。本文在此总结和分析了南京市城市生活垃圾的管理现状，主要论述了南京现有的城市垃圾关于减容、减量、资源化、能源化及无害化处理的3 种方法。分别卫生填埋、堆肥和焚烧。并讨论了这3 种方法各自的局限性，提出了综合利用的垃圾处理方法， 真正合理地、经济地利用垃圾资源，实现垃圾的变废为宝，为社会提供可利用资源。

Nanjing municipal solid waste management's research
Abstract: With economic development and urbanization process and the improvement of living standards Nanjing municipal solid waste emissions increased rapidly .Face the reality of garbage flooded, for its treatment, has not just stop at how to control and destroy the old issue, but take a positive attitude and effective measures to initiate a scientific process and use of waste. Will refuse to maintain sustained economic development as the "second resources", began to refuse to be resource, to the energy, to benefit. In this article we summarize and analyze the Nanjing municipal solid waste management situation, mainly by Nanjing existing municipal solid waste on the volume reduction, reduction, recycling, energy-based Management and Treatment of the 3 methods Namely sanitary landfill, incineration, composting and discussed the three kinds of methods of their limitations, a comprehensive utilization of waste disposal methods, really reasonable, economic use of waste resources to achieve waste of turning waste into wealth, to provide the community resources available.
