   璃的光学特性是非常必要的。
   在查阅大量的国内外相关参考文献的基础上,提出了一种在线自动检
   测镀膜玻璃光学特性主要是透射率和反射率的方法。这种检测方法主要是
   根据光在不同介质传播其反射、吸收、透射不同的原理,结合现代光电检测技术和数字信号处理技术研制而成的。其信号处理是采用频率为1 KHZ冲作载波,通过其调制光源,得到一个1 KHZ 脉冲调制光源。通过光电池实现光电转换,将脉冲调制光信号转换成电信号,再经过信号放大、低通滤波器等处理得到要采集的模拟信号,通过模/数器转换成数字信号,再结合单片机技术,构成一套具有实时性、抗干扰能力强、连续正常工作的系统。在系统的设计过程中,采用 Wave6000 单片机仿真系统实现了对软件的调试,软件设计采用功能强大的C 语言编写,这样大大提高了程序的结构化和可移植性。然后,通过具体的硬件和完整的软件实现整机的调试。最后,通过多次实验测量证明:本系统测得的镀膜玻璃光学特性的误差完全符合国家技术标准中的误差要求,从而实现了镀膜玻璃光学特性的在线自动检测功能。
