1. PREFACE
With the rapid development of the electric power projects and electrization of industrial corporations, more and more transformers have been used. When in operation, as a result of the ageing of the insulation material and high voltage discharge, transformer oil will produce some gases such as methane, ethane, ethylene, acetylene, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and so on. Those gases will part or all dissolved in the oil. The proportion among those gases has an obvious correlation to the function status and malfunction degree, so those gases are called malfunction gases. The precise measurement to those malfunction gases is very important to the secure operation and the maintenance of those transformers. We can diagnose transformer's operation condition and prevent malfunction by supervising and analyzing the malfunction gases. So malfunction gases’ real time supervision is very important to the secure operation of transformer. But traditional malfunction gases measurement (that is chromatogram method) has such defects as follows: operating process is very complicated, those processes including oil sampling, chromatogram analyzing, result emendation, etc. In the recent years, optical fiber gas sensor has gotten widely investigating and application. The main merits of this method are high selectivity, long life, no influence of surroundings gases, no electromagnetic induction and so on. 随着电能的大规模应用,电力行业迅速发展和发电公司越来越多,变压器的使用也越来越广泛.在变压器运行时,由于绝缘材料老化和高电压的冲击,变压器油将生产一些诸如甲烷,乙烷,乙烯,乙炔,氢,一氧化碳,二氧化碳等的气体。这些气体将部分或者全部溶解在油中。在这几种气体中,有一些气体可以看出明显的油气相互关系比例,当达到某种程度就意味着变压器功能失效或发生了故障,因此这些气体被叫做故障气体。精确测量故障气体含量的方法对变压器的安全的运行和日常维护就是十分重要的。我们能通过检测和分析变压器油中的故障气体来诊断变压器的运行状况进而防止变压器故障,所以变压器油内的故障气体情况的实时监测对变压器的安全运行就是十分重要的。但是,传统的故障气体测量(色谱方法)有这样那样的缺陷: 操作过程复杂,油气取样的过程更是麻烦,还要进行色谱分析,结果校勘等,实用性不强。近几年来,利用光学信号的纤维气体传感器已经被广泛地生产与应用。本文就是探讨光信号气体传感器检测在变压器油中溶解的故障气体的方法,它的主要的优点是对油中气体的高精度的选择性即对不同的油气细胞的分辨力很强,可以长时间跟踪监测,对变压器运行没有电磁影响等。因此近年来有许多研究变压器油中溶解气体的人把注意力集中到利用光学信号的纤维气体传感器上......

Using the spectrum absorption method, the fault gas in the transformer oil is on-line detected remotely with high sensitivity. The transformer’s work state can be watched. The optical signal is transmitted by optical fiber. This method offers high selectivity, long life, no influence of surroundings gases, no electromagnetic induction and so on. It can be used in the foul and hazardous environment. In order to realize fiber detecting, the fault gas dissolved in the transformer oil must be separated by the macromolecule membrane. A measuring method under unbalanced state based on equal time interval sampling is proposed. The experiment result indicates that the sensitivity can achieve 2×10-4.
本文使用频谱吸收方法,以高灵敏度的遥感检测技术把获得的信号传输到电脑系统分析变压器油中的故障气体来进行变压器故障诊断。变压器的工作状态用频谱吸收方法监测,由载信号的光束通过光纤传送给设备观测。这种方法有很多优点,可以多选择性,长时间跟踪,并且对油箱内气体的没有影响,对变压器本身也没有电磁影响等。它还能应用于污染严重的和十分危险的环境。为了实现通过光纤的光信号进行观测,必须用分子膜把变压器油中溶解的故障气体隔离出来。本文建议使用基于相等时间间隔取样的不平衡状态下的一种测量方法。实验结果表明这种监测方法的灵敏度可以取到2×10-4
