　　 摘要
　　 本文简述了国内外在旋转弯曲疲劳试验机研制领域的发展现状，论述了我国设计并拥有高精度、高效率旋转弯曲疲劳试验机的必要性，并对一个自行研制的四轴旋转弯曲疲劳试验机的设计过程和功能进行了详细地介绍。
　　 本文设计的疲劳试验机，主要用于圆柱形试件的疲劳试验，特点是可同时对四根试件进行试验，以数字显示疲劳循环次数，试件断裂后自动停机，操作方便可靠，为研究材料的疲劳断裂提供了重要的工具与手段。
　　 作者重点论述了试验机传动、夹持、加载部分的结构设计，主轴和轴承的强度校核，并且利用Auto CAD画图软件提供了整个疲劳试验机的装配图，为进一步了解疲劳试验机提供了途径。

　　 ABSTRACT
　　 In the paper, the development in the manufacture of rotating bending fatigue machine is outlined, and the necessity for china to design and manufacture the rotating bending fatigue machine which is high quality and high efficiency is discussed . The design process and the performance of the 4-axises rotating bending machine made by the author is mainly presented in this paper. This machine is used for the column fatigue test specimens. It can work with four fatigue test specimens at one time .It is special because of its directly show of the number of fatigue cycles and self-stop device .it also operates conveniently and reliably. In this paper，the author will describe not only the design process of the principal axis、the clamp and the method to load ，but also the check of strength、the choice of the tolerance。In the end，it offers a assembly drawing ，which provides a way to know the fatigue machine more。
