It suggests the metropolitan transportation planning and management to combine flexibility and accessibility. Key words: urbanization transportation problems rail transit multi-center network city 1 中国的城市化与城市机动车的增长 自1978改革开放至2004年，我国经济高速发展，随之而来的城市化进程也日渐加快，在这26年间，中国的城市人口由17.9%窜升至32.3%，增加了14.4个百分点，相反，在1952到1978这26年间，中国的城市人口仅增加5.5个百分点。随着城市化的迅速发展，中国市区非农业人口超50万以上的大城市的数量也明显增加。1978—2004中国大城市的数量由40个增至过百，其中市区非农业人口超过100万的大城市由13个增至37个。目前，市区非农业人口超过200万的超大城市已达到13个，在100万—200万之间的特大城市达到24个。 [原文截取] 中国大城市交通问题及其发展政策 【摘要】 本文分析了中国城市化与城市机动车增长所带来的大城市交通问题的性质。提出大城市的交规划和管理应把机动性和可达性有机结合起来。 【关键词】 城市化 交通问题 轨道交通 多中心网络城市 Abstract: The article analyses the nature of the problems brought by the urbanization of China and the increase of mobiles in its metropolises.
