| （毕业论文 页数：10 字数：5553）旅游学结构方程模型应用研究 摘要：对国外旅游学权威期刊与国内CNKI期刊网上发表的旅游学领域结构方程模型的应用研究文献进行了梳理。在阐释结构方程模型基本原理和主要优点的基础上,着重从游客、社区居民、旅游业者角度对结构方程模型在旅游学上的应用主题、潜变量、假设路径与拟合指数等进行了综述,并对研究的一般程序、步骤、规范与要求进行了归纳,认为国内将结构方程模型应用在旅游学上的研究较少,今后应加强居民和旅游业者模型的研究,注重时间和空间上的对比验证。 关键词: 结构方程模型; 旅游学; 游客; 社区居民 Review of Application Research on Structural Equation Model to Tourism Science Abstract：Literature of structural equation model application to tourism research was reviewed by surfing the international famous journals in tourism field and journals in CNKI. Based on the introduction of principles and main strengths of structural equation model, the application research on SEM to tourism was analyzed from tourists’ perception and behavior, residents’ perception and attitude to tourism development, employee perspectives respectively. Then general process and criterion of application research were induced. Finally, it was concluded that the application research of SEM to tourism in China was relatively rare. Resident and employee should be placed more attention to and spatial and temporal study should be compared and validated in the future.
