摘要
本文从我国电信业现状入手，对电信业自发展至今所遇到的挑战与机遇进行了深入阐述。文中以中国的特大型电信企业——中国网络通信集团公司为例，从四个方面阐述了中国网通在转型方面面临的困惑和亟待解决的问题。由此得出，在电信业转型没有现成公式可以遵循的同时，还存在着众多未知数，检验成功与否的唯一标准，就是企业的成长效果。

Abstract：This paper from our country telecommunications industry, then, the telecommunications industry since the development so far, the challenges and opportunities for further elaboration. Taking China's large telecom enterprises -- China Network Communications Group Corporation as an example. from four aspects : China Netcom in connection with the restructuring of the confusion and problems to be solved. Resulting in the transformation of the telecommunications industry is no ready-made formula can be followed at the same time, there are also many unknowns. test the success or failure of the sole criterion, is the growth of enterprises effect.

正文：全球电信业在全球经济结构性变化中表现突出，我国电信业的发展势必要走出一条崭新的道路。电信业在我国经历了邮电分营、打破垄断、激活市场竞争后，近十几年飞速发展，取得了令世人瞩目的成绩。众所周知，电信业是一个技术密集、资金密集的行业，它与技术市场和资本市场的关系非常密切。在电信产业的发展中，摩尔（Moore）定律、马太效应定律和光纤定律这三个定律对电信业的作用相当明显。而现在发展脚步却放缓了，像全球电信业一样，我国电信业也深受产能过剩、互联网替代、客户主导市场、利润被严重压缩等因素的影响，虽然这些影响并没有像其它发达国家表现得那么严重，但是其“滞后性”已在我国逐步得到体现。
