(毕业论文 字数:6524 页数:15)摘要:本论文尝试利用现代生物技术与现代分离技术综合开发喜树和喜树碱,探讨了喜树发根培养条件;在使用氯仿提取喜树培养基中喜树碱等有效成分,并用HPLC检测法检测其有效成分实验中发现喜树分泌在培养基中的次生代谢产物有喜树碱、羟基喜树碱、白桦脂酸。氯仿提取法与树脂吸附法进行提取的对比实验,证明了树脂富集培养基中微量的喜树碱的效果比氯仿提取的效果好,而且富集到的种类要比氯仿提取的多。

The chloroform extraction process and the resin adsorption law carries on the extraction the opposite experiment, had proven the resin concentrates in the culture medium the micro camptotheca acuminata alkali effect to be better than the chloroform extraction effect, moreover concentrates the type must compared to chloroform extraction many.

1 前言 喜树碱是一种从喜树中分离出来具有抗癌活性的生物碱,在临床实验中证明合成的喜树碱作用效果不如天然提取的喜树碱。喜树广泛分布于亚洲,在我国分布尤其多,为中国特有树种。我国的野生喜树可以作为药用的叶片和种子资源总量为2158.09t和134.99t。由于喜数主要分布在人为活动区,一直是毁林开田的砍伐对象,喜树的野生种群已相当少见。在我国,野生资源已经处于濒危状态,在某些地方已经绝迹,现存的少量的野生资源也存在灭绝的危险。 |
