(毕业论文 字数:10944 页数:24 带图纸 开题报告 任务书 说明书  外文翻译)摘 要:立窑水泥厂量大面广,对环境存在着严重污染,尤其以立窑最为严重,浓烟滚滚,粉尘弥漫,如何对其进行治理关系到产业方针和环保要求具体落实的重要问题。沉降室是利用粉尘颗粒的重力沉降作用而使粉尘从气体中分离出来的除尘装置。由于立窑烟气中粉尘颗粒较粗,所以一级除尘采用沉降室除尘,因为其的除尘效果较好,若设计为喷淋除尘,其除尘效率可达60%甚至更高。同时具有结构简单,投资省,阻力小,几乎不需耗能,对烟气的适应性较强等特点。但除尘效果不能达标是其弱点,不能达到很高的除尘效率。于是在二级除尘提出用近于旋风分离器的设备成本和运行成本收取近于袋式除尘器效果的研究方案,进行了双重调节分流口式组合分离器技术的设计分析,并利用已组建了实验室研究系统,进行二级除尘的设计,采用双重调节分流口式组合分离器具有较好的捕集微润粉尘能力,并配以较高雾化压力并有吸收有害气体的荷湿环境,能实现对立窑烟尘和有害气体的综合治理,使烟尘排放和S02排放均达标.。本课题就是结合倪文龙教授设计研制的“双重调节分流口式组合分离器综合治理立窑烟尘和有害气体”的实验室试验系统,开发出能处理台时为15吨的立窑所产生烟尘的二级治理系统。

The application of the kiln mist of dust and the noxious gas comprehensive treatment technology in the cement clean production
Abstract: The kiln cement factory of produce a quantity of cement, and it brings the serious pollution to the environment, and especially the kiln, what carries on the government to it relating the important question which carries out specifically to the industrial policy and the environmental protection request. The precipitator is the dust removal installment used the element of the dust pellet gravitational settling function which rests from the gas separates. Because the kiln product the thick dust pellet, therefore the stair of dust removal uses the precipitator dust removal, because its dust removal effect is good, if it is designs for sprays the dust removal, its dust removal efficiency may reach 60% or even higher. At the same time it has the simple structure, pinch investment, small resistance, does not have to consume energy nearly, and it is strong to the compatibility and so on. But the dust removal effect cannot attain a designated standard what its weakness. It is cannot achieve the very high dust removal efficiency. So that in two levels of dust removal that proposed the dust remover effect the research plan what can reach the aim that dust catcher of sack in the cyclone separator equipment cost and the movement cost, and we has design and analysis the dual adjustment divergence mouth type combination separator technology, and using has set up the laboratory research system, designs two levels of dust removal the, the ability of the dual adjustment divergence mouth type combination separator what have the good trapping to micro wet dust, and matches by compares the high fog pressure and has the wet environment, and it can comprehensive father kiln mist and dust and the noxious gas, make the mist and dust to discharge with S02 discharges attains a designated standard。This topic unifies the design of the Professor Ni Wenlong "the dual adjustment divergence mouth type combination separator comprehensive program of public order sets up the kiln mist and dust and the noxious gas" and the laboratory test system, develops the two levels of father system what can process 15 tons/h vertical kilns produces the mist and dust.

1前言
本课题是关于应用双重节流口式组合分离器这一高效收尘系统应用于实际收尘工作中去,以其为核心研制一套立窑二级收尘系统。
根据2004年的统计数字,全国理论总排放烟尘500万吨,其中有200万吨未处理直接排放的大约有200万吨,二氧化硫等有害气体排放量也达数十万吨,已经对环境造成了严重的影响。
本设计立足于实验室现有的双重节流口式组合分离器,拟通过流场测试,治尘测试和治气测试,进一步改进本实验装置,对现有实验装置的测试和研究以进一步提高收尘效率,改进现行设计,并根据课题提出的收尘要求,进行主要设备的选型计算并进行二级收尘系统的结构设计。
