(页数:22字数:14442 毕业论文)摘要:随着中国城市化进程的加快,大量的农民从农村来到城市,从事着各种各样的劳动,成为了城市里的农民工,但是,其就业状况较为不平等。以贵阳市农民工为例,与当地下岗职工的就业状况相比较,探讨以农民工在城市就业的不平等现状及其危害为切入点,通过分析,指出农民工技能素质及维权能力较差、法律法规不健全、政府职能缺位以及在以户籍制度为基础的二元劳动力市场下,劳动力市场不完善与政府针对农民工就业的政策限制等原因促成了这一状况的存在与延续。并以此为基础,从个人、政府和社会三大层面加以改善,不断促进农民工平等就业。 ABSTRACT :With the quickly of China's urbanization process, a large number of farmers come to the city from the countryside, engaged in various work, has become the peasant-worker in the city, but their employment state is comparatively unequal. Taking peasant-worker in Guiyang as an example,that compare with the laid-off worker,who lives in the local city, and probe into it as the breakthrough point with peasant-worker 's inequality current situation and its danger in employment of city, through analyzing, point out the reason why does peasant-worker obtain employment unequally ,which including peasant-worker 's skill quality ability and safeguard the rights relatively bad, laws and regulations imperfect, government function imperfection and with the household register based on the dual labor market,that the labour market is imperfect and the employment policy is limited.Combine to take this as the foundation,from personal,the government and society three greatest levels take into the improvement,promoting the equal employment of the farmer work continuously. 目录 前言 |
