（页数：8 字数：5892  毕业论文）摘 要：由于我国社区矫正还处于刚刚起步阶段，因此，在社区矫正中还有很多不完善的地方。目前，我国社区矫正中存在的主要问题表现为：社区群众、社区矫正对象对社区矫正不认同，社区群众对社区矫正的参与不够。我国现行法律对于社区矫正法制化程度不高，目前还没有关于社区矫正统一的立法。社区矫正执法主体与工作主体分离，矫正手段单一。缺乏严密、完善的工作衔接机制，使矫正机关难以向被矫正对象实施有效监管与考察。社区矫正队伍的职业化达不到要求，专业化程度不高。

On the main issues of community correction in China

Abstract: Since China's community correction is still in just the initial stage, therefore, in the community there are many imperfections in the correct place. At present, China's community correction in the performance of the major problems: the community, object to the Community Corrections Community Corrections do not agree with, the people of the community's participation in the correction is not enough. China's existing laws for the Community Correction legal level is not high, there is no community correction on the reunification of the legislation. Community Correction and the main work of the main law enforcement separation, a single means of redress. 前 言
2003年7月，北京、上海、天津、江苏、浙江、山东6省(市)被最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、公安部、司法部联合确定为首批六个试点地区。至2006年底，已经在上海、北京、浙江等24个省(区、市)开展了社区矫正试点工作，从试点的情况看，社区矫正在提高罪犯改造质量、降低行刑成本、维护社会稳定、促进和谐社会建设等方面的作用逐渐显现出来。但通过各地试点情况来看，目前，我国社区矫正制度也存在着众多的困难和障碍，主要表现在社区矫正工作的管理体制、队伍建设、矫正项目、经费保障、立法、社会化参与等方面。
