（页数：11 字数：5696 毕业论文）摘要：法律信仰是人们对待法律的一种宗教般的虔诚的态度，它是法治的心理基础和内在驱动力。当前中国存在法律信仰的危机，其思想上的根源是中国文化传统中把法律当作处罚而畏惧法律，德主刑辅的观念使许多人轻视法律的作用，其制度上的根源在于法制的不健全，造成许多违法的现象得不到处理，从而使人们怀疑法律的正当性及其效力。中国要想克服法律信仰的危机，必须加强法制教育，同时提高立法质量，实行依法行政，实现司法公正，这又有利于法治建设的成功。

回顾我国法律发展史可以看出，虽然在法律发展上我国有非常辉煌的成绩，但是我国的法律运行仍然存在众多问题，有法不依的现象仍然比较普遍，这些问题的存在不仅有制度上的，也有精神上的，法律信仰危机就是其中之一。法律作为一种国家制定和认可的社会规范，在人民的心中应该有着非常崇高的地位，对待法律的一种宗教般的虔诚态度是法制高效运行的关键。因此，揭示我国法律信仰危机的根源，探究解决这一问题的方法无疑是当代中国法治建设中的重要问题。
