（页数：11 字数：5579 毕业论文）摘 要：法律权威是法律具有的使人信服的力量和威望，它来源于法律自身的力量和法律的正当性。我国当前虽然颁布了众多法律，但是法律权威没有根本树立起来。具体体现为司法权威不足，立法的权威也面临各方挑战。要树立我国法律的权威，一方面应该进一步推动司法改革，促进司法公正；另一方面，应该要提高立法质量，提高法律的正当性。此外，还要加强法制教育。

Abstract ：Authority of the law is a manifestation of social awareness of the law and legal norms run effects of good or bad, a country of the legal authority, we can see that this country of law and social attitudes. The source of legal authority is very broad, including the law of internal factors and external factors, the law in performance of the internal factors: the justice of their own laws and legal will of the public; law in the performance of the external factors: the mandatory state and The legitimacy of the judiciary. At present, China has the legal authority of the problem: lax enforcement, failure to abide by the low level of awareness of the law. 前 言
法律是维护社会和谐、保护人民权利的武器。在法律适用的过程中，存在法律的权威性的问题，主要体现有：对法律的遵守、对法律的信任、对法律的信仰、以及法律至上。研究法律权威性的问题，可以更好的发现法律在实施及运用中的不足，也可以进一步说明法律的正义性，以及被人民所适用法律的规律。在欧美等国家法律权威是一个普遍的事实，而在我国法律权威的体现却很少，通过研究我国法律权威问题又能进一步的说明法律的重要性。建设社会主义法治国家，是我国目前的最主要的方针，法律权威问题的解决可以有效地加快我国法治建设。
