(论文 页数:23 字数:14655)摘 要:本文主要是从投资者的角度，对上市公司进行投资价值分析。介绍了市场上对上市公司进行投资价值分析的两种主要方法的具体内容和各自的特点，并经过对目前我国证券市场的分析，得出使用技术分析的方法有一定的风险，而相比之下，基本分析的方法则是较为稳健、理性的投资价值分析方法。
文章以丰原生化为例，具体分析了该公司的规模、经营方向、经营策略和市场占有率等基本情况，并且分析了公司的竞争优势与劣势，重点对该公司的财务报告进行了详细的分析，包括对公司资产负债表、利润及利润分配表和现金流量表的分析以及对公司的获利能力和偿债能力等主要财务指标的分析。最后完成对公司投资价值的分析。

ABSTRACT
The thesis makes an analysis of the listed company mainly from the angle of investors. It summarizes the two main methods of the analysis of investment value to the listed firm and respective characteristic. Then, through analyzing the stock market in our country, the paper explains that the basic analysis is steadier and rational than the other method.
The article takes bio-chemical Feng Yuan company as an example, concretely analyzed the basic conditions such as scale, direction of management, operation strategy and market share etc. of the company, and analyzed competitive edge and bad situation of the company, the point steered detailed analysis to the financial reports of the company, including the corporate assists liability account, profit and the appropriation of profit schedule and the cash flow schedule of analyze and the analysis of the main financial indexes such as profit capability and solvency etc. of the company. Finally terminating the analysis of the investment value of the company.

一、研究背景以及研究方法
在中国股市在经历了股权分置改革之后，股市的上扬腾飞具备了制度基础。经济继续维持高速增长，直接融资也进一步发展。特别是2006年6月份以后，随着新股发行开闸，中行、大秦和国航等一批蓝筹登陆国内A股市场，股票市场总市值已经达到了6.2万亿人民币（10月底），比6月初的4.3万亿增长了43%，全市场流通市值也达到了1.88万亿，比6月初的1.62万亿增加了17%。
（一）研究的背景与目的
中国股市截至10月底，A股融资达到984亿元。特别值得注意的事，在过7年里，今年的大盘蓝筹股上市最多。从2000年以来融资规模最大的30家IPO之中，06年占到了9家，而最大的3笔IPO都发生在06年。工商银行（601398）、中国银行（601988）和大秦铁路（601006），分别募集资金405.6亿元、200亿元和150亿元。尤其是工行的A+H同步发行，创下今年全球IPO之最，也创下了A股融资规模之最。
因此不难看出，中国的股市目前具有着重大的投资价值，当然，投资者想取得丰厚的回报，就不能盲目的投资。而要投资者对拟投资的公司、行业、部门等现状及发展前景有所认识，在进行了严谨的分析与研究后，才能有把握的对其进行投资。
本文在运用基本分析方法的基础上，认真研究得出一家普通上市公司的股票投资价值，然后给出股票投资的建议，以便于将要进行股票投资的单位或个人能够获得有一定参考价值的原则与方法，科学和严谨地实施投资。
