(论文 字数:16737 页数:45)摘 要:目前,肿瘤是危害人类人体健康的重要疾病之一,但治疗肿瘤的方法却不如人意。手术治疗、放射性治疗、化疗是三种治疗癌症的传统方法,由于其局限性和存在较强的毒副作用而使其疗效难以有更大提高。现在热疗已经成为人们努力的主要方向,但大部分热疗设备的精度低、可控性及可操作性差。所以如何提高设备的精度、可控性及可操作性成为好多学者关注的焦点。
我在设计中做的主要是软件编程,即在别人已经把硬件电路设计出来的基础上,了解电路的功能、结构及工作原理,用汇编语言编制程序来实现电路的功能,同时也解决硬件电路难以实现或实现起来电路会复杂、成本高的问题。
本文的硬件电路采用液晶显示屏和触摸式键盘作为人机交互界面,用80C196KB作为主控制器,用模拟多路开关传输信号,并且为了提高转换精度,外接了模数转换器AD1674,所以本设计的程序主要包括液晶显示程序、键盘管理程序、控制巡回采样等模块。液晶显示实现了汉字、数据及符号的显示、静态图片及实时动态曲线的显示;键盘则更有利于操作人员控制仪器的运行;巡回采样则为液晶显示和键盘提供了依据。

THE DESIGN OF ACCURACY CONTROL SYSTEM OF
TEMPERATURE FOR BLADDER TUMOUR HYPERTHERMIA


ABSTRACT :At the present time, tumor is one of the most serious diseases that endangers human healthy, but the method, which treats tumor cannot content people. Because of many different reasons, the three traditional methods such as: cancer-operation, radiation therapy and chemotherapy which cure tumor have their limits and strong toxic and side effect and are difficult for them to further improve themselves.
Nowadays hyperthermia has become the main direction, which people study, but most of hyperthermia treatment has some vital disadvantages, such as: low precision, bad controllability and maneuverability. So improving instrument precision, controllability and maneuverability become focus which most of scholars study.
In the design, compile program through software is most of my work. After some people have designed the hardware circuit, then I understand the function, structure and operating principle of circuit, and finally I program using assemble language to come true the function of circuit. At the same time, the program can solve some problems, which the hardware circuit cannot carry out or if I use hardware circuit to come true the function, the circuit is complex and the cost is high.
In this design, hardware circuit adopts liquid crystal screen and program sensor keyboard as interactive interface, 96 single-chip as chief controller, analog multi-circuit switch as transmission signal. To improve conversion accuracy, I also bond an analog to digital converter—AD1674, so the programs mainly contain the display program design of the LCD module, the key-board control program and cyclical monitoring of various parameters and so on. LCD module actualizes the display of Chinese, data, static pictures and real-time dynamic bight; for the operating personnel, the key-board is favorable to control the run of instrument; cyclical monitoring of various parameters provide bases for LCD module and key-board.

前 言
目前膀胱肿瘤已经成为危害人类身体健康的重要疾病之一,且近年来其发病率有上升趋势。在我国泌尿系统疾病中,无论发病率、死亡率膀胱肿瘤均占居首位,但能彻底治愈它,达到复发率低、无副作用、耗能少的方法却寥寥无几。放射性治疗:虽能达到治疗肿瘤的效果,对人体的毒副作用比较大,所以难以在这方面有较大提高;手术治疗:难度大,术后易复发,首次局部切除后一年内的复发率达到50%~70%。膀胱癌术后灌注热疗:虽然在短期内能达到一定的疗效,但并不能降低长期后的肿瘤复发率。鉴于目前这种情况,并且随着人们对计算机、肿瘤认识的进一步深入,利用计算机与各学科综合治疗肿瘤已经成为治疗肿瘤的必然趋势。
