（论文 字数：8225 页数：29  带程序）摘 要：随着计算机科学技术的迅猛发展，各种实用的软件被越来越多的商店、企业广泛使用，尤其一些实用的小软件也越来越受欢迎。例如音像超市系统，解决了以前靠人工管理的诸多缺点，可以方便使用者进行各项管理和查询工作，不仅提高了工作效率，还大大降低了错误率，同时又为经营者降低了成本。为此，设计了这个音像超市系统，该系统能满足音像超市对光盘、会员、管理员进行的各项查询、修改、删除、添加等基本要求，为音像超市实现现代化的管理提供了必要条件，随着市场竞争的日益加剧，音像超市系统的引进将会是各个音像超市加快发展，提高自身竞争力的必然选择。
本系统是用VB6.0开发出来用于管理光盘的出租和出售的MIS系统，该系统用于光盘出租和销售超市，方便出售光盘、租盘、还盘、查找等操作，可以自定义光盘，方便添加新盘、管理光盘、管理会员。提供完善的租盘和还盘操作，完全独立的数据库系统，数据管理为管理者提供：光盘管理、会员管理。数据查询为管理者提供：租借情况、光盘查询、会员查询。该系统具有安全的数据库备份方案，简单易用，仿WINDOWS操作方式，可以使广大的非计算机专业技术人员很快上手，根据需要自行设置光盘类别和相应的借出时间、借出数量，便于以后对光盘的管理。系统采用ADO编程，程序中包含了许多编程技巧。

Abstract ：With the swift development of computer technology, kinds of practical software are being used by more and more stores and companies. some small practical software also becoming more and more popular. For example the audio and video supermarket system, not only solved many shortcomings which depends on the manual management, but also lowdown the rate of foults. And reduced the cost of the operators.Therefore, we designed this audio and video supermarket system. this system can satisfy the audio and video supermarket’s each inquiry, revision, deletion, accession of the compact disc, the members and the managers. With the market competition intensifies day by day, the introduction of audio and video supermarket system will speed up the development of each audio and video supermarket and enhance own competitive power the inevitably choice.
This system is the MIS system which manages the compact disc’s hiring and selling. Developed by VB6.0, this system is best assistant. It could define the compact disc, facilitates the increase of new compact disc, manages the compact disc, manages the member.This system provides the operation of defining the discs, add new discs, managing discs and managing members. The data inquiries provide for you are: Renting situation, the compact disc inquiry, the member inquiry.This system has the safest database backup plan, which is easy and simple to use. It is like WINDOWS operating mode, many new beginners can pick it up very quicky. establishing the compact disc categories and corresponding the time and quantity of loan to their own needs, which will be good for later management. The system used the ADO programming, including many programming skills.

随着音像产业的发展，音像超市也随之增多，但目前大多数的音像超市在管理方面依然依靠人工的管理模式，但是，随着光盘种类和数量的日益增多，人工的管理模式给管理者带来的诸多的不便。该音像超市管理系统的开发主要的目的就是解决这方面的问题，使管理者能从容面对繁杂的管理，进入科学高效的信息管理时代。本系统是用VB6.0开发出来用于管理光盘的出租和出售的MIS系统，主要包括以下功能模块：光盘的管理、管理员的管理、会员的管理、系统配置、锁机系统、身份认证功能、帮助功能。可以帮助管理者轻松管理音像数据库，方便进行交易管理，强大灵活的搜索和查询功能。时代在进步和发展，因此不能让音像超市的管理者在管理时还局限在手工阶段，使他们能跟上时代的潮流，享受科学管理带来的方便，这套音像超市管理系统的开发，不仅提供了数字化的管理，而且提高了管理的效率，使人们能很好得享受到高品质高质量的服务。
