(论文 字数:14544 页数:28)摘 要:随着我国数据通信网络建设和数据通信业务蓬勃发展,ADSL技术渐成熟,被认为是目前解决“最后一公里”的最佳解决方案。ADSL的飞速发展,使越来越多的用户实现了对互联网的高速访问,为互联网宽带应用的进一步发展打下了基础。近年来,ADSL用户数量飞速增长,网络规模不断扩大。与此同时,ADSL用户的障碍数量也益增多。由于缺乏对ADSL故障的有效测试手段,ADSL故障处理的效率无法得到提高,已成为阻碍ADSL进一步发展的瓶颈。 因此,建设ADSL自动测试系统,实现对ADSL故障的测试,提高ADSL故障处理工作的效率,已经成为电信运营商关注的热点之一。本文即是在这一背景下,针对ADSL故障的60%发生在用户端设备这一特性,从实际运行维护的角度出发,分析了适合ADSL故障运维需求的自动测试系统的设计思路,研究了ADSL自动测试系统总体架构及功能模块,包括测试设备接入、测试协议适配、测试路由选择、测试设备管理、故障判断、测试过程控制和用户界面及接口的功能和实现方式,并给出了测试流程。

ADSL automated test system analysis and design
Abstract :With the flourish of data communication network and service and the ripeness of A DSL, ADSL is regarded as the best solution for" Last One Kilometer". The swift development of ADSL technology brings more and more consumers to high speed internet, and will promote the internet broadband application going farther ahead. In recent years, complaints about the ADSL has been rising, along with the fleetly increase of ADSL subscribers and the network scale increasingly expands. For lack of efficient diagnostic for the failure of ADSL, telecommunications operators are unable to effectively resolve complaints to the customer's satisfaction, which holds back the advanced increase of ADSL subscribers. Therefore, telecommunications operators are focus on constructing an ADSL automatic testing system, in order to figure out the ADSL failure, and to improve the complaint handling process, and to gain higher level of customer's satisfaction. This article is under this background, Considering up to 60 percents of ADSL failures is brought by subscriber's terminals,From the actual movement maintenance angle, analyzes has suited the ADSL breakdown to transport the uygur demand the automated test system design mentality, Research the overall framework and functional modules of ADSL automatic test and diagnostic system, including connection of test equipments, adaptation of test protocols, selection of test routes, management of test equipments, failure diagnostic, test process control, and functions of user interface. and give the test flow.

1 绪论 1.1 课题背景 随着我国数据通信网络建设和数据通信业务蓬勃发展,以及ADSL技术臻成熟,ADSL己被认为是目前解决“最后一公里”的最佳解决方案,并逐渐成为电信运营商积极推广的新业务和经济增长点。但在实际运行中,特别是在ADSL网络规模扩大之后,如何实现高效率、低成本的“运维”成为运营商面对的新课题,并直接影响到ADSL下一步的更大规模应用。 为突破ADSL发展的这一瓶颈,国内运营商纷纷准备建立ADSL自动测试系统。信息产业部和中国电信集团公司于2004年适时地制定了ADSL测试系统的行业和企业标准,为ADSL自动测试系统的建立奠定了基础。 |
