摘 要
当今世界已处于信息化时代，随着互联网的益普及，各种基于互联网产生的国际商事争议也渐增加，为了更好地解决这些争议国际商事仲裁正在寻求多元化发展。本文第一部分通过对浦发银行争夺被抢域名案的叙述，引出国际商事争议中国际商事仲裁的新发展-网上仲裁，网上仲裁不仅是在技术上对传统仲裁模式的突破，更是在许多领域提出了新的课题，虽然网上仲裁与传统仲裁模式相比它是一个全新的课题，但是在国际商事争议中却具有其十分突出的作用；文中第二部分主要针对网上仲裁的定义、网上仲裁的特点与优点、网上仲裁在世界范围内的发展状况进行具体分析，第三部分简述了网上仲裁的一些相关法律问题；最后，对我国网上仲裁制度的现状与发展前景加以阐述。

Abstract
At present, the world has in the information era, and with the popularity of the Internet, Internet-based International Commercial Disputes are arising. In order to solve these disputes, International Commercial Arbitration is seeking diversification. In the first part of this thesis, the author states the case of Pudong Bank snatching the domain name and puts forward the recent development of International Commercial Arbitration----online arbitration which is not only a breakthrough to traditional arbitration in technique, but also a new subject in many areas. Although online arbitration is a new subject compared with the traditional arbitration, it plays a very important role in international commercial disputes. In the second part of this thesis the author introduces the definitions, features and advantages of online arbitration, and analyzes specifically its development of the worldwide. In the third part of this thesis, some of the relevant legal issues are illustrated. Finally, the author expounds the present situations and the prospects for development of china’s online arbitration system.

论国际商事争议的网上仲裁
随着经济的快速发展，互联网技术的发展新月异，各种基于互联网而产生的新经济形态渐增多，基于互联网而产生的各种商事争议也同样呈现新的面貌，这些新形态下的商事争议往往令法院在传统的诉讼与仲裁模式下捉襟见肘，而网上仲裁相比之下，在解决纷繁多变的商事争议中具有一定的优势意义，本文将对网上仲裁进行简单的论述；
