摘要
本文研制的精密播种机检测装置系统,是利用机电一体化技术,解决漏播问题的一次尝试。它是一套新型、实用的微处理机自动检测系统,将单片机与检测系统相结合,提高系统的性能,实现了自动化。若播种机播种出现故障,它可进行自动监控和声光双向报警,及时通知驾驶员故障的位置和性质,最大限度地避免漏种现象的发生,极大提高了播种机的工作质量和智能化水平。 本文在对目前国内外同类系统进行大量比较分析的基础上,详细介绍了精密播种机检测装置的总体方案的设计思想、硬件电路和软件程序的设计。它以AT 关键词 精密播种机 报警显示 单片机 检测 Microprocessor controlled precision seeding system study in the paper is an attempt to solve this absent seeding problem by combining mechanics and electronics. In the paper,a successful development of a set of useful system combined with microprocessor is introduced which detects and supplements absent seeds.This system combines computer and mechanical measurement,improving its capacity and realizing its automatization. When the seeder go wrong,it can be automonitor and voice light alarm in order to inform malfunction character and locality. At the same time,if drill go wrong,it can be absence compensation.It will farthest avoid seeding absence. This paper introduces in detail the overall system designing thought way of work condition monitoring and malfunction alerting system of construction machinery,and the design technique of its hardware schema circuit and software program on the basic of comparative analysis to the cognate systems at home and abroad.This system with the core of MCS-51 single chip microprocessor, followed with some processing circuits,which monitoring program is composted with assembler language.
