【中文】 图书管理系统是智能办公系统(IOA)的重要组成部分,本文通过作者设计和开发一个中小型企业图书管理系统的实践,阐述了企业图书管理软件中所应具有的功能及其设计与实现。主要有以下六个方面的功能:1. 图书需求添加和需求管理,2.图书入库登记和库存管理,3.图书网上预定和预定查询,4.图书借阅登记和借阅查询,5.图书逾期通知,6.图书归还处理和丢失处理。 【英文】 Books Management System is an important component of IOA system. The present paper, through the author’s practise in designing and developing the system of such kind for a medium and small-sized company library, discusses the functions the company library resources management software shall perform and ways to design the system as well as its implementation.There are six functions in this system:1.the registeration and the management of the books’require,2. the registeration and the management of the books,3.book the books through Internet and select all of the booked books,4.the registeration and selection of the borrowed books,5.the notice if you return the books late,6.the return and lost management of the books. |
