With the development of Chinese E-business, more and more experts (like Li Guang (2001), Wang Gang (2000)) have pointed out that the current conditions of Chinese physical distribution would be the most important factor, even the key one that restricted E-business development in China. And up to now, so many people has detected the problem and analyzed it very deeply. But no one has given a very clear illustration on how to solve the problem. So in this urgent time for China E-business development, it is very helpful to find out the way to develop Chinese 3rd party physical distribution.
