控制系统开发

 

 

 

论文以机电传动控制理论和计算机技术在控制领域的应用为基础,介绍了国内瓦楞纸板包装和纸板生产线的现况。通过对瓦楞纸板横切机及其控制系统的综述,联系系统实际的应用背景,提出了WHD2000型瓦楞纸板横切机控制系统的研制方案。

该系统采用工控机作为主控计算机负责用户界面及定单任务管理。用单片机接收主控计算机发来的加工任务和调试指令、控制变频器完成加工任务,检查工料和各个按钮的状态并执行相应的处理。实时测量主切刀位置、纸板长度、纸板进给速度,检测变频器参数、实现故障报警等功能。

瓦楞纸板横切机控制系统中的主控计算机端软件主要负责主控计算机和前端控制板的通讯以及面向高层用户的生产方式选择、加工订单信息管理等。从系统的高效性、健壮性等方面考虑,本系统软件采用分层的设计思想。把整个系统分为三层:物理层,通信链路层和应用层。

ABSTRACT

The development of the control system of crosscut machine of corrugated cardboard, from the development of electric power electronic technology and technology of computer of the control theory in controlling the application of the field ,based on the present current situation, has recommended controlling field development to study the general situation in the electrical machinery both at home and abroad. Through atting corrugated cardboard crosscut machine and his the surveys of control systems, draw. Get in touch with the application background with real subject, exchange the control system and develop schemes after putting forward WHD 2000 type corrugated cardboard crosscut machine.

This system adopt worker accuse of machine responsible for user interface and order form task management as top management computer. By one-chip computer receive computers top management and send processing task and debug order of of, It control finish at converter it process taskses it debug and work, It check labor and materials and carry out corresponding treatment of at the states of each the buttons, Measurement is mainly cut  the  electrical machineries position, measure the cardboard to enter to the speed, measuring the converter parameter, fault alarm etc.

Corrugated cardboard responsible for top management computer and front the communication and face to produce square meter the user on the senior level s of control panel mainly by crosscut machine top management computer end softwares of the control system , choose process information management of the order etc. in type . At the high-efficient qualitieses of system, respect consider stalwart qualities etc., this systems soft ware adopt and divide the design philosophies of one. We divide the whole system into three layers: physics story, chain way layer and uses story in communication.
