摘要
图书管理系统（Library Management Systen），它是一个智能化、系统化、信息化的图书管理系统，它实现了对读者管理、书籍管理、借阅管

理等的自动化控制，该系统使用了Visual Basic 6.0版本和Access 2003制作出了方便友好的图形用户界面，简便的操作，完善的数据库管理，

将会使图书管理工作量大大减轻。本系统针对的用户是单个中小型图书室或者个人，藏书的种类和数量较少，读者的数量和来源受到一定的限

制。
开发工具使用了Visual Basic 6.0版本 数据库运用Access 2003.
主要实现的系统功能如下：
1． 对图书馆中图书/期刊资料的信息管理和类别管理 实现对各部分数据内容的添加、修改和删除。
2． 对借阅者进行管理 主要包括借阅者的信息管理和类别管理 实现对各部分数据内容的添加、修改和删除。
3． 对借阅部分进行的管理 主要包括借书管理和还书管理 实现对各部分数据内容的添加和查询操作。
4． 系统安全与可用性设计 应按照用户不同身份和权利，控制系统各项功能的使用和数据的访问权限。

The book manages the system( the Library Management Systen), the brief name LMS V1.0, it is an intelligence to turn,

systematize, the information-based book management system, it carried out to the reader manage, the book manage, borrows to

read to manage etc. of automation control, that system used 6.0 editions and Accesses of the Visual Basic 2003 create the

sketch customer interface of the convenience amity, simple operation, perfect database management, will make the book

management workload eased consumedly.The customer that this system aim at is a single and inside and small scaled library

perhaps personal, the category and the quantity lesses of the library, the reader's quantity and sources be subjected to

certainly limit.
Develop the tool used 6.0 edition database usage Accesses of the Visual Basic 2003.
The system function of the main realization is as follows:
1. To library the information management and the category management realizations of the book/ periodical data increase

to each parts of data contents, modification and deletion.
2. Carry on the information management and the category management realizations that the management mainly includes to

borrow to read to the one who borrow read to increase to each parts of data contents, modification and deletion.
3. Include to borrow the book management and return book the management realization to increase and search the operation

to each parts of data contents towards mainly borrow the management that read part's carry on.
4. The system safety with can use sex design should according to the customer different body and right, the interview

legal power of the control system various usages of function and data.
