成本对调度绞车的开发具有重要意义。在本次设计中,我们把活齿传动原理知识 运用到设计中,采用一个变速传动轴承完全代替原JD—11.4型调度绞车中的8片 齿轮,实现系统的变速传动。变速传动轴承是一种新型的既具有支承功能又具有 变速功能的新型特种轴承。其结构设计新颖紧凑,效率高,承载能力强。通过研 究变速传动轴承的内部机构和传动原理,对其传动比进行分析,得出内齿圈齿数 ,活齿数与传动比之间的关系,从理论上提出高效率,低磨损的传动比优选方案 ,认为在推杆活齿传动机构设计时,应该使活齿数大于内齿圈齿数,这具有重要 意义.与传统的传动轴承相比,它具有缩短传动链,简化整体结构降低成本,节 约能源,改善传动性能及维修方便等优点。从而使系统传动结构大为简化,结构 更加紧凑,产品成本可降低20% 左右。我们设计的这种调度绞车是一种很有发展 前途的新型绞车。 关键词:调度绞车, 变速传动轴承, 活齿传动 ,传动比 Abstract specification of the winch count about ten thousandth sets on average, therefore, improvement quantity, declining the cost will be very important to the machine development . In this design, we spread the knowledge of moving tooth makes use of the design inside, replacing of the 8 driving gears in the system. which completely replace the system for getting different speed of the original JD — 11.4 types 。The shifting drive bearing is a new special type bearing with supporting function as well as speed change function. The design of mechanism is novel and well2knit , with high efficiency and load2bearing capacity. By studying the internal structure and the driving principle of the shifting drive bearing , a group of systematic analysis is made. The theoretical relations of the tooth number of the internal2tooth ring , moving2tooth and drive radio , are provided , as well as the optimum seeking scheme of high efficiency and low wearing and tearing.So, the driving construction of the system will become more simplification, and the whole construction will become more reasonable. The cost of the new product will lower 20 percent. So, the new car hauler will be more popular in the machine department.
