摘要：本模具是“大口桶盖注射模”的注射成型模。考虑到塑件的实际结构和成型要求，采用侧孔抽芯机构、齿轮脱模
机构和二分型三开模式结构，并利用一模一腔来进行成型制造。
本说明书主要包括三部分内容：第一部分为塑料注射模具的概述；第二部分为注射模具的设计，有注射机的选择、模具
结构的设计、浇注系统和冷却系统的设计等。

ABSTRACT: This is an injection mould for taking shape “the lip of the cask”, Considering the actual
structure and the demand of the plastic product, the mould apply the outfit of taking out the core from
inboard、angled-lift for pulling product of from the mould、three dispart faces and three steps for
disparting the mould. It also use one mould and one cavities for manufacturing.
The main content of this explanatory book contain three parts. The first part is about the summarization
of the injection mould. The second part is about the design of the injection mould, consisting of the
selection of the injection machine、the structure design of the mould、the design of the infuse system
and cooling system. etc.
