This text about moulding plastics the computers of mould assist designing for manufacturing, divide, The former is to mould , type core, the organization of drawing of patterns, Smoking the design of the core organization, the latter makes a of three-dimensional entities of type made of engineer's software with CAXA, Utilizing its order had to process the producing of the orbit, the cutter is set up , Unless it walk one hundred sheetses of parameters set up, it process emulations ,through after put and for G codes and process form that produce. G code produced is NC file that CNC controller can be understood.

The keyword: It moulds plastics the mould the computer assists designing for manufacturing, CAXA makes to the engineer.

摘  摘要  :

本文是关于注塑模具的计算机辅助制造设计，分为注射摸具的设计和摸具型腔加工制造,前者是对模腔,型芯,脱模机构,抽芯机构的设计,后者用CAXA制造工程师软件做成的型腔三维实体,利用其所拥有的指令进行加工轨迹的生成，刀具设置,走刀参数设置，仿真加工，通过后置处理生成的G代码及工序单。所生成的G代码就是CNC控制器所能解读的NC文件。
