摘要

Visual Foxpro(简称VFP)是xbase数据库家族的最新成员，也是其前身foxpro与可视化程序设计相结合的产物。与所有的windows应用程序一样，VFP也采用图形用户界面，并在其界面中大量使用窗口(windows)、图标（icons）、菜单（menus）等技术，主要通过以鼠标为代表的指点式输入设备(pointing device)来操作。

本系统经过数据和功能的需求分析及逻辑和物理的合理设计，经过大量的编程来实现。在总体设计上是通过人性化的功能来完成，系统的总体结构可用层次自上而下进行分层。用合理的源代码来实现表、表单、菜单等界面的调用，在完成数据的查询功能后，又添加了数据的修改和维护功能，使得本系统的功能更加强大，使用更加方便。最后就本系统的优缺点做了介绍。

本文分为五章对学籍管理系统进行设计。第一章介绍了VFP背景知识，即对VFP特点和功能进行介绍。第二章是系统开发过程描述。在本章中进行了需求分析，数据库设计，应用程序设计和应用程序的管理。这章是设计的重点，是完成学籍管理系统的理论支持。第三章是系统各模块的功能。第四章介绍本系统的优缺点。第五章对这个系统的一个总结。

本文所描述的方法都是在Windows 2000环境下采用Visual Foxpro编程实现的。
