This thesis focuses on the different management style influenced by the culture between Chinese and Singapore. In the thesis China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd, a Chinese-Singapore joint venture in Singapore, is taken as a model in the research. The author analyzes the questionnaire from the China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd and finds the problem existing in the company. These problems are caused by the culture difference. Then the author would analysis these problems and gives some suggestion to the investor and manager to solve it.
