Introduction Motivation is one of the strategic factors in modern organisations. It means motivating people to work; in other words, it is to use various ways to make people be more active and creative. Now, The managers pay more and more attention to motivation, because they think that is good to use it to increase productivity and get great profit. ‘The factors that impact on employee motivation’ aims to the importance of motivation and different methods of motivating the employee in the enterprise. Firstly, I will give a definition of motivation and emphasis its importance in the enterprise. Secondly, I will stress on Expectancy theory what reward are the major factor affect on employee motivation and give the true example from my life. Thirdly, I will use the Maslow theory. Finally, I will analysis the different methods of motivating employees, also give the example. And I will give a conclusion. |
