煤电钻是井下采掘工作的主要生产工具之一,煤电钻及其供电系统安装环境劣,与工作人员接触频繁,故障率高。因而,设计和开发一种高可靠的煤电钻综合保护装置,系统地分析其可靠性,进一步进行装置的故障诊断的研究就具有很重要的理论意义和迫切的现实意义。本论文主要包括设计和开发一种具有远方停送电控制、短路保护和闭锁、漏电保护和闭锁的高可靠的煤电钻综合保护装置 。

Coal electric drill is the one of the implements of production to excave coal in the pit .The install environment of coal electric drill and power supply system is odious .It frequently keeps touch with workers and the fault rate is high .So,to design a new type of synthetically protective istall for coal electric drill ,to analyze the reliability of it in a systematic way is of momentous theoretical significance and current significance .The main section of the paper is to design a new type of synthetically protective install for coal electric drill which displays the control of power cut and power transmission to far away ,short circuit,close and leakage of electricity protection.
