【摘要】 本文分析了中国城市化与城市机动车增长所带来的大城市交通问题的性质。提出大城市的交规划和管理应把机动性和可达性有机结合起来。

Abstract: The article analyses the nature of the problems brought by the urbanization of China and the increase of mobiles in its metropolises. It suggests the metropolitan transportation planning and management to combine flexibility and accessibility.
