摘 要：经济与社会的可持续发展是当今世界的主旋律，每个国家和民族都在为实现自己的可持续发展进行不懈的努力和探索。河南省信阳市茶叶生产历史悠久，生态环境优越，茶叶品质优异，信阳毛尖茶素来以“细、圆、紧、直、多白毫，香高、味浓、色绿”的独特风格而饮誉中外。信阳市茶叶生产经过多年的强力开发，有了很大的发展，尤其是连续举办了十一届“中国信阳茶叶节”，把我市的茶叶产业开发推向了高潮。如今，我国社会经济发展进入一个新的阶段，人们的生活理念正逐步向发展型、享受型升级，对农产品质量安全水平提出了更高的要求。因此，河南省信阳市茶叶产业的可持续发展不仅顺应时代要求，而且对提高信阳人民的生活水平、推动贫困地区脱贫致富以及经济的发展有着非常重要的意义，是极具发展潜力的产业。本文将从河南省信阳市茶叶产业的现状、可持续发展的模式及存在的问题和将要实施的对策等等，从而更好的利于河南省信阳市茶叶产业的可持续发展。

Abstract: The economic and social sustainable development is one of the main melody of the world, every country and nation make unremitting efforts and explore to achieve their sustainable development. Tea production has a long history in Xinyang city Henan province with superior ecological environment, so the tea quality is excellent. Xingyang maojian tea is famous for its unique stlyle as "small, round and tight, straight, many white hair, sweet taste, color, high thick green" in domestic homeland and abroad. After years of strong development, Xinyang tea production obation big achievements, especially "Tea festivial in xinyang of China" has been held here for continuous 11 years, and lead the tea industry development to the climax. Today, social and economic development is entering into a new stage in China, people's life concept is gradually changed as development-oriented. Xinyang tea industry has to upgrade to follow the level of quality and safety of agricultural products. Therefore, the sustainable development of tea industry not only conform to the time request, but also improve the people's living standard in Xinyang city Henan province. Pushing people to become richer in poor areas in Xinyag has a very important meaning to economic development. Xinyang Tea is also a potential industry. The paper analyzes the present situation of tea industry in xinyang city henan province, sustainable development mode, the existing problems, the countermeasures of implement and so on, putting forward how to realize the sustainable development of tea industry in Xinyang city Henan province.
