摘要:套排冲裁是板料冲压技术中节省材料，减少能耗，实现高效制造的有效技术措施。本文论述了三垫片套排复合冲裁模具的设计过程以及主要零部件的设计依据和相应的计算与校核。根据套排垫片冲裁的结构特点和材料，对其成形工艺进行分析研究；完成了垫片套排复合冲裁模具的总体方案设计；对模具的具体零部件进行了相应的设计和选用；并进行了压力机合理选用和校核．该模具采用套排复合冲裁技术，实现了一模多件，提高了材料利用率和生产效率。

Abstract:The nesting blanking is an effective technical measure to save materials, reduce energy consumption and implement efficient manufacturing. This paper discussed the design process of the mould of nesting gaskets. The design principle, the relevant calculation and verification of main parts were also involved .According to the structural characteristics and the material of the nesting gaskets, the mould processing property of the product was analyzed. And complete gasket sets of row overall composite blanking die design; specific parts of the mold design and carry out the corresponding selection; and make a reasonable selection and verification of the press. Set of rows with the mold nesting blanking technology, realize more than one module and improve the material utilization and production efficiency.
