毕业设计(论文)摘要
装岩机是煤矿井下装载岩石(煤)的设备。它可以代替工人繁重的体力劳动,对提高煤炭生产机械化水平、加快装岩速度、提高煤炭生产效率和企业经济效益都具有非常重要的意义。随着煤矿装岩机机械化、电气化、自动化程度的不断提高,装岩设备的技术含量增加,功能逐渐增多,已经开始逐步向集钻、装、运、转一体化联合机方向发展。在我国中小矿山中,电动式装岩机和气动装岩机仍作为主要装岩设备。实践证明,这两种装岩机能耗大,故障率高,工人劳动强度大.在国外,这两种装岩设备已被液压装岩机所取代。
本文主要设计一种新型的液压履带式装岩机,其主要特点就是生产率高。装岩机的各个机构均采用液压机构,高效、节能、操作灵活、可靠,同时也提高了传动的可靠性,安装维修方便。

Abstract
Rock Loader is loaded coal mine rock (coal) equipment.It can replace the heavy manual workers, to increase coal production mechanization level and accelerate the speed with rocks、improve the coal production efficiency and economic efficiency of enterprises both have great significance.
With the mine Rock Loader mechanization, electrification, the continuous improvement of the degree of automation, with rock equipment to increase the technological content and features gradually increased, has begun to gradually set drilling, equipment, transportation, to the integration of direction. In this paper, design a new type of hydraulic crawler- Rock Loader, and its main characteristic is high productivity. Rock Loader the various agencies are using hydraulic mechanism, highly efficient, energy-saving operational flexibility, reliability, but also improve the reliability of the transmission, installation and maintenance easy.
