“记”与“忆”都是记忆的重要组成部分，只有对两者都有深刻的理解才能
真正解开记忆之谜。因此，关于“忆”的研究也越来越受到科研人员的关注。记
忆消除机制作为对已有记忆进行修饰改造的一种典型范式，对它的深入研究将为
人类全面揭示记忆的原理产生有益的促进作用。
本文通过改造 Tully 和 Quinn 发展出的惩罚性学习和奖赏性经典训练范式，
形成了效果稳固的嗅觉-蔗糖奖赏性学习范式。通过应用该范式，对果蝇奖赏性学
习中的记忆消除机制进行了初步的探索。通过改变训练、记忆消除、测试两两之
间的时间间隔，变换测试模式和记忆消除模式，增加冷激条件等实验方法，我们
发现果蝇奖赏性学习中的记忆消除的效率要高于惩罚性学习，同时它是一种再学
习过程，能够逐渐固化，并有很好的稳固性。

ABSTRACT
"Learning" and "Remembering" are both important parts of memory. Only when
we have a deep understanding of these two parts, can we truly solve the mystery of
memory. Therefore, "Remembering" is receiving increasing attentions to scientific
research personnel. Extinction is one typical mechanism which modifies solid memory,
the research on which will provide in-depth study of human memory and benefits the
understanding of the memory mystery.
In this paper, an effective and robust smell-sucrose reward learning paradigm has
been developed from the transformation of punitive and appetitive training paradigm
of classical learning which is found by Tully and Quinn. Based on this paradigm, we
tried to understand the mechanism of extinction in Drosophila’s appetitive learning. By
changing the time interval between the training, extinction of memory and test,
transforming the test model, varying the extinction model, adding cold-shock
conditions, we acquire that the extinction in appetitive learning is much easier than in
aversive learning. Also it is a “Re-learning” process which can consolidate with well
stability.
