摘要
部分断面掘进机是一种能够实现截割、装载、转载运输、行走和喷雾除尘的联合机组。它既可用于煤矿井下,也可用于金属矿山以及其他隧道施工。是目前机械化掘进工作面的重要设备。
掘进机的截割性能是整机工作性能的综合体现,是直接决定整机工作的可靠性、经济效益和生产率的关键。
掘进机的总体方案设计对于整机的性能起着决定性的作用。论述了悬臂纵轴式掘进机总体设计的机型选择,各部件的结构形式、性能参数,动力、传动、执行、操作、辅助等各个系统的相互匹配性与合理性,协调性以及其主要技术参数等,并指出应进行的总体计算和系统图等。因此,根据掘进机的用途、作业情况及制造条件,合理选择机型,并正确确定各部结构型式,对于实现整机的各项技术指标、保证机器的工作性能具有重要意义。在设计液压系统时,参考了其他的掘进机确定了系统的工作压力,然后逐步完成液压元件的选取,液压系统图的绘制等。

Abstract
Some sections of a roadheader is able to achieve cutting, loading, reproduced transport, walking and dust removal spray the joint unit. It can be used underground coal mine, can also be used for other metal mines and tunnel construction. Is the important driving face mechanized equipment.
Roadheader is cutting performance operating performance reflects the comprehensive, direct decision operating reliability, the key to economic efficiency and productivity.
Roadheader design of the overall plan for the performance of complete machine play a decisive role. Elaborated the bracket ordinate axis type mechanical roadheader system design type choice, various parts structural style, performance parameter, power, transmission, execution, operation, assistance and so on. Each system mutual match and rationality, coordination as well as its main technical parameter and so on, and pointed out should carry on overall computation and diagram and so on. Therefore, according to the mechanical roadheader use, the work situation and the manufacture condition, chooses the type reasonably, and determined correctly each structure pattern, regarding the realization complete machine each technical specification, guaranteed the machine the operating performance has the vital significance. When design hydraulic system, referred to other mechanical boring machines to determine the system working pressure, then completed the hydraulic pressure part gradually the selection, the hydraulic scheme plan and so on.
