摘 要
本文就多媒体课件在人体解剖生理学实验教学中的应用进行了研究。通过进行多媒体课件的制作要求和多媒体课件在实际教学中的应用相结合的尝试,得出以下结果:与传统手段相比,多媒体课件教学具有如下优点: 首先,多媒体课件教学做为实验教学的辅助手段大大增加教学内容的直观性,生动性、整体的联系性,弥补因学生空间想象能力不足导致标本观察的不完整性。其次有效改善实验室的环境(浸泡标本的福尔马林溶液对人体有害,同时因为气味刺鼻,学生难以在这种环境下耐心的观察,严重影响教学效果)。此外,在一定程度上减少老师和同学和有害物质的机会,利于师生身体健康和学生认真观察。再次,多媒体课件不受实验标本数量的限制,既减少了实验标本消耗,又节约了制作和维修标本的人力、物力,有效降低实验成本。最后,多媒体课件可视角大,可放大,可反复观看,一定程度上解决了大学扩招之后出现的学生多,教学资源不足,不能让每个学生都看得见,听的清的问题,丰富了教学资源。需要特别指出的是:使用多媒体教学只有一个目的,那就是为教学目标服务。因此,只有从具体的教学任务和目的出发,准确把握多媒体在教学中的地位和使用范围,并在运用中讲求策略才能让课堂教学真正变得精彩。

Abstract
In this paper, multimedia courseware in teaching human anatomy and physiology of the application experiment was studied. Through the production of multimedia courseware and multimedia courseware requirements in the actual teaching of a combination of trying to come to the following findings: compared with traditional means, multimedia courseware for teaching has the following advantages: First of all, the multimedia courseware for teaching experiment as a means of teaching aids greatly increased the teaching content of the visual, vivid, and the whole of the contact, due to the space provided for students to make up for lack of imagination does not lead to the integrity of specimens observed. Second, to effectively improve the laboratory environment (immersion in formalin solution were harmful to the human body, at the same time as the pungent smell, the students in such circumstances can hardly be observed that seriously affect the teaching and learning performance). In addition, to some extent, teachers and students to reduce the harmful substances and the opportunity to help teachers and students in health and to observe students. Third, multimedia courseware for the number of specimens from the experimental constraints, both to reduce the consumption of the experimental samples, but also saves the production and maintenance of specimens of human and material resources to effectively reduce the experimental cost. Finally, the multimedia courseware may be large perspective, can be magnified, can be repeated to see, to some extent after the expansion of university students, teaching resources, every student must not be allowed to see and listen to the question of money, rich teaching resources. Needs to be noted are: the use of multimedia teaching that there is only one purpose, which is the goal for teaching services. Therefore, only from the specific task and purpose of teaching, the accurate grasp of multimedia in teaching status and the use of and emphasis on the use of strategies to make classroom teaching more exciting really.
