| 摘要:在发达国家的影响下，在国内外市场需求的促动下，随着我国经济的飞速发展，人民生活水平的不断提高，我国的乡村旅游悄然兴起并呈现出迅猛发展的势头。但是，在乡村旅游的发展过程中，也暴露出不少问题，许多乡村旅游的内容大同小异，策划时缺乏新颖的创意，合理而系统的规划，因而特色不明显，缺乏吸引力，最终导致经济效益不佳。本文以西山区农家乐为例，通过实地调查、采用访谈和调查问卷等方式，掌握一些相关资料，然后详细分析出西山区农家乐得以发展所依托的各种旅游资源和发展过程中所存在的各种问题，并针对以上问题提出一些对策措施，从而使西山区农家乐走上一条可持续发展的兴旺之路。 关键词:西山区； 农家乐； 特色化； 发展策略 Nongjiale xishanqu characteristics and to explore the development of deep-rooted Abstract: Abstract: In developed countries under the influence of market demand at home and abroad to promote, with the rapid development of China's economy, the continuous improvement of people's living standards, China's quiet rise of rural tourism and showing a momentum of rapid development. Key words:xishanqu; Nongjiale; characteristic; development strategy 目录 一.引入 二.农家乐的内涵 三.西山区农家乐的发展现状 四.西山区农家乐存在的问题 五.西山区农家乐的发展对策 一.引入 农家乐是城市与农村、市民与农民生活位差的产物。“农家乐”旅游的雏形来自于国外的乡村旅游，并将国内特有的乡村景观、民风民俗等融为一体，因而具有鲜明的乡土烙印。乡村旅游在国外已有30多年的历史，开展得比较成功的多是一些欧美发达国家。国内，真正意义上的乡村旅游始于20世纪80年代，它在特殊的旅游扶贫政策指导下应运而生，但由于起步较晚，目前尚处于初期阶段。因此就存在一些问题和发展不到位的地方，经营质量缺乏特色，经营方式雷同等，所以如何依托于农家乐旅游资源自身优势条件，因地制宜，发展特色化农家乐就成为一个非常值得探讨的问题。 二.农家乐的内涵 （一）农家乐的概念 农家乐是以城郊或乡村的农户家庭为接待单位和地点，以城郊或乡村的田园风光、自然景色、农业旅游资源、地方民俗文化、周边旅游景点为旅游资源，以为游客提供住宿、旅游咨询或观光游览为旅游活动项目的一种新型旅游形式。它是以“吃农家饭、品农家菜、住农家屋、干农家活、享农家乐、购农家品”为主要内容的一种新兴旅游活动，它凸现了现代农业旅游自然、纯朴、宁静的主题，满足了人们走出城市、亲近自然的心理。 |
