| 摘要：随着房地产建设的加快,施工企业集团随着经营规模扩充而成长壮大,营运资金增长速度大于销售增长速度,企业经营效率就会下降。强化资金控制,实现资金运转的高效率,提高其使用效益,成为集团关注的核心工作之一。随着信息网络技术的发展与广泛运用,使施工企业集团资金集中管理变为可能。实行集团资金集中管理能够有效的使用全集团的存量资金;集团内部单位划款,没有中间环节和时间间隔,能够有效提高集团资金周转速度;集团资金管理可以对集团资金的流量、流向实行有效控制,能够对全集团资金实行有效的计划管理,使集团资金使用计划与企业战略规划及预算得到有效的协调,产生集团资金聚合效应,提高施工企业集团效益。 关键词：施工企业集团; 资金; 集中管理；有效运用 Centralized management of capital during the construction of the effective use of enterprise groups Abstract: With the acceleration of real estate construction, construction enterprise group with the scale of operation to expand and grow, working capital is greater than the growth rate of sales growth, business efficiency will drop.
